Mr. Joey Lynn “Chub” Belk, age 38, entered into rest on Sunday, October 15, 2017, at his home. Funeral Services will be 4:00 PM Thursday, October 19, 2017, from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Johnny Sims and Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the funeral home.

Mr. Belk was born July 11, 1979, in Chesterfield, SC, a son of Jessie Dennis and Barbara Jo Wright Belk. He was employed as Service Manager with Tire Country of Pageland. Chub enjoyed fishing, working on old cars, and drag racing. He will be remembered as a loving son, husband, and father who enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Lynn McClain Belk of the home; children, Justin Tyler Belk, Zachery Ryan Belk, Joseph Brian “Jo-Jo” Belk, and Braxton Lee “Scooter” Belk all of Jefferson, SC; Parents, Dennis and Barbara Belk of Jefferson, SC; 3 sisters, Crystal W. (David) Estes of Jefferson, SC, Nicole B. (Pedro) Vasquez of Pageland, SC, and Penny B. (Roy) Trotter of Jefferson, SC; numerous nieces and nephews including, Amber Belk, Selena Vasquez, Angel “Molly” Vasquez, Ashley Estes, Katie Carnes, Erin Romane, David “Spanky” Estes, Johnathan Estes, Dylan Carnes, Roger Catoe, and John Catoe; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
