HISTORY: Mr. Rhynes was born March 5, 1949 in Chesterfield County, SC a son of Doris Griggs Rhynes and the late John Mitchell Rhynes. John attended and taught at Northeastern Technical College of Cheraw, SC. He was the owner and operator of John's Design and Fabrication and was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.
