GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 13, 2009 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens, Cheraw, SC

VISITATION: the Family will receive Family and Friends following the service at the cemetery.

HISTORY: Mr. Robeson was born November 6, 1920, in Chesterfield, SC, a son of the late John Greer and Laura Wall Robeson. He was a retired salesperson with Palmetto Chemical Supply. Mr. Robeson was a U. S. Coast Guard veteran of WWII. He was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church in Chapel Hill, NC. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his 2 brothers, Thomas Robeson and Edwin W. Robeson.

3 Sons: John G. (Lauren) Robeson, III of Columbia, SC, Ben (Faye) Robeson of Augusta, GA, and Andy (Wanda) Robeson of Cheraw, SC
1 Daughter: Beth "Buff" (Phil) Arsenault of Purcellville, VA
1 Sister: Betty R. Giles of Columbia, SC
Sister-in-law: Nancy Robeson of Cheraw, SC
