Johnnie Wayne Todd

          Mr. Johnnie Wayne Todd, age 63, entered into rest at his home. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

          Mr. Todd was born March 5, 1960 in Monroe, NC a son of Oscar Brice Todd and the late Sallie Ann Jenkins Todd. He was a retired employee of Conbraco Industries and a former employee of A.O. Smith. Johnnie enjoyed attending Macedonia Baptist Church. An avid Clemson fan, Mr. Todd enjoyed watching sports, fishing, and anything outdoors. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and enjoyed sharing memories of playing in the band. Johnnie Wayne loved his family and helped to raise his niece and nephew.

          In addition to his mother, Mr. Todd was also preceded in death by his wife, JoAnne Poindexter Todd; sister, Sherry Ann Todd Ellis Hall; niece, Melissa Rochelle Ellis; and great nephew, Master Reece Sai Gainey.

          Survivors include his niece, Angella Gainey of Florence, SC; nephew, Johnny (Kayla) Gainey of Hartsville, SC; brother-in-law, Abbie Hall of Jefferson, SC; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
