Joseph "Joe" Earl Cote

Chesterfield, SC

          Mr. Joseph “Joe” Earl Cote, age 66, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at his home. The family will honor his life at a later date.

          Mr. Cote was born July 15, 1956 in Rock Island, IL a son of the late Lionel Joseph Cote and Elaine Harris Cote. Joe enjoyed working on antique vehicles and was an airplane enthusiast. He also was an avid coin and gun collector.

          In addition to his parents, Mr. Cote was also preceded in death by his brothers, George Lee Hinshaw, Alfred Cote, and Dale Lee Cote.

          Survivors include his children, Tiffany Cote of FL, Katie Vina of N.J., and Erik Cote of NE; grandchildren, Emmale Murray, and Zachary Webb; sister, Dixie (Gary) Planck of SC; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved fur baby, “Doodles.”
