FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Friendship United Methodist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: is 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 3, 2015 prior to the service in the church fellowship hall

HISTORY: Mr. Valentino was born July 26, 1934 in Oswego, NY a son of the late Salvatore and Rose Favata Valentino. He was a retired auto mechanic, welder, and mechanic instructor, and was a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, Joe was also preceded in death by his first wife Myrtis Adams Valentino and by his sisters Theresa Shannon, and Marie, Grace, and Rose Valentino.

3 Sons: Joseph (Julie) Valentino, Jr. of Malone, NY, Louis (Donna) Rivers of Chesterfield, SC and Jerry (Laura) Rivers of Florence, SC
4 Daughters: Myrtis V. (Mike) Sterio of Oswego, NY, Valerie Pusser and Dianne Williams of Chesterfield, SC and Amanda (Kevin) Rivers-Lucey of Mooresville, NC
Also 15 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren
