FUNERAL SERVICE: 3:00 PM, Friday, October 3, 2008 at Cross Roads Baptist Church

INTERMENT: to follow in the Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mrs. Gulledge was born June 4, 1927 in Ruby, SC, a daughter of the late William Edward and Lela Gibson Gulledge. She was a retired supervisor with Caroca. Mrs. Gulledge was a faithful member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. Josie enjoyed writing poetry, making the Christmas ornaments for the church Christmas tree each year, and was known for her delicious homemade fried apple pies. She was married to the late Edward W. Gulledge and was also preceded in death by her two infant sons, and by a sister, Mattie Donahue.

Grandson: Joshua Rogers of Ruby SC

Kathleen Hancock of Mt. Croghan, SC
