Mrs. Judy M. Adams, age 69, entered into rest on Sunday, March 23, 2025 with her husband by her side. A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Lower Macedonia Memorial Gardens officiated by Reverend Gerald Rivers. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Adams was born August 25, 1955 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Clyde and Nellie Allen Melton. She was a former employee of Chesterfield Manufacturing and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Judy enjoyed networking with friends on the computer, needle point sewing, and always enjoyed finding a deal at a yard sale.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was also preceded in death by her sisters, Mildred “Mickey” Montgomery, Margaret Mills, Loretta Sims; and brother, Curtis Ray Melton.

Survivors include her husband of nearly 34 years, Alonzo Adams, Jr. of the home; brother, William Everett “Bill” Melton of MS; numerous nieces and nephews including special niece, Donna Atkinson of Thomasville, NC.
