Judy Mungo Mills

Mrs. Judy Mungo Mills, age 79, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 13, 2021 at Mt. Croghan Memorial Park by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Mills was born August 19, 1941 in Pageland, SC a daughter of the late P.F. and Lois Funderburk Mungo. She was a graduate of Pageland High School and Kings College of Charlotte, NC. Judy was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church and a retired employee of Trayco Industries. She enjoyed working in her yard, growing beautiful flowers, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mills was also preceded in death by her husband, Joel Lee Mills on February 26, 2021; sister, Mary M. Funderburk; sister-in-law, Joanne Knight; and brothers-in-law, Bobby Lynn Mills, Archie Mills, and Roger Mills.

Survivors include her brother, Bo Mungo of Pageland, SC; sisters, Theda Lynn, and Elaine (Danny) Hendrix both of Pageland, SC; brother-in-law, Charles Knight of Pageland, SC; sister-in-law, Kathy Mills of Charleston, SC; numerous nieces and nephews including Martha Knight, and Steve & Linda Knight both of Lugoff, SC, and Steve & Kathy Jackson of Pageland, SC.
