HISTORY Mr. Parker was born in Charleston, SC a son of Edward E. Parker, III and Teresa Anne Huntley. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and a member of Westfield Creek Baptist Church. Justin was a beloved son, grandson, brother and friend to all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Lilly Parker, and James Morris.
