VISITATION: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 10, 2011 prior to the service at the church

HISTORY: Mrs. Morris was born December 26, 1962 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of Jenny Eddins Gaddy and the late James Isaac "Buck" Eddins. She graduated from Chesterfield High School in 1981, and also attended the University of South Carolina where she majored in Music. Mrs. Morris worked at Glenn Manufacturing and Delta Mills for a number of years. However, for the last eleven years Kathy did what she truly loved, being a stay-at-home mom and wife. She was a lifelong member of Westfield Creek Baptist Church where she served as the organist for over thirty years. Kathy was also an accomplished pianist and soloist. Over the years, Kathy served as Vacation Bible School coordinator, Christmas play director, AWANA leader, Sunday School teacher, member of the social committee, coordinator of the Marriage Matters committee, and member of the Baptist Women. She was also very involved with the Chesterfield High School Booster Club, helped with the Chesterfield High School Band, and was a Girl Scout Leader for eleven years. Kathy loved playing the piano and organ, singing, being with family and friends, and being a mom.

Beloved husband of over 29 years: Sammy Evan Morris of the home
Loving Children: Whitney Caitlin Morris, Maeghan Kimberly "Rosie" Morris, and Christian Isaac Morris of the home.
Mother: Jenny Eddins Gaddy of Chesterfield, SC
Mother-in-law: Leona B. Morris of Cheraw, SC
