Kenneth "Ken" A. Smith

Mr. Kenneth “Ken” A. Smith, age 57, entered into rest on Friday, May 14, 2021 at his home. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2021 at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church Cemetery by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM Monday at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mr. Smith was born June 20, 1963 in Cheraw, SC a son of Betty Turner Vick and the late Willie Alvin Smith. He was a 1981 graduate of Cheraw High School and served our great country in the U.S. Marines. Ken was the owner and operator of Pee Dee Mechanical Inc. for over 20 years. He was a “Master Tinker,” if you could dream it, he could build it. He enjoyed skiing, riding his Harley Davidson Road King, and spending time with his son on the water in their boat.

Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 34 years, Tammy Jordan Smith of the home; son, Kevin Michael (Krizha Mae Domenden) Smith of Florence, SC; mother, Betty (Mickey) Vick of Cheraw, SC; sister, Tammie Lynn Smith of Rockingham, NC; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Tommy & Dot Jordan of Cheraw, SC; sister-in-law, Monica (Shane) Tucker of Chesterfield, SC; brother-in-law, Jason (Melissa) Jordan of Cheraw, SC; nieces, Bridgette Bouknight, Jessi Horton, and Gracen Tucker; nephews, Justin Jordan, and Clay Jordan; and great nephew, Emmett Horton.
