HISTORY: Ms. Quick was born November 10, 1962 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of Bessie Brock Matthews and Bobby Franklin Ratliff. She was a graduate of Cheraw High School Class of 1982 and was patient scheduling clerk at Chesterfield General Hospital. Kim attended Brock's Mill Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in the yard and growing flowers.
