FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel

INTERMENT: to follow at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.

VISITATION: 12:30 - 2:00 P.M. Saturday prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mr. Steen was born October 18, 1957, in Concord, NC a son of Floyd George Steen and the late Deloris McManus. He was an employee of Highland Industries. Larry enjoyed fishing, camping, and watching his son play baseball. In addition to his mother, Larry was preceded in death by a stepbrother, John T. Steen, Jr.

Wife: Lisa Joplin Steen of the home.
1 Son: Matthew Steen of the home.
2 Daughters: Tiffany Joplin and Nikki Steen of the home.
Father and Stepmother: Floyd and Eula J. Steen of Ruby, SC
3 Sisters: Judy Steen of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Glenda (Roger) Hunsucker of Rockwell, NC, and Violet (Jimmy) Hall of Easley, SC
1 Stepsister: Trenia (Dennis) Freeman of Chesterfield, SC
