Mr. Lee Roy Driggers, age 89, entered into rest on Thursday, November 2, 2017. Graveside Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Wallace, SC by the Honorable Rep. Rev. Richie Yow and Rev. Mike Williams. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery. A viewing will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mr. Driggers was born November 24, 1927 in Bennettsville, SC a son of the late Kenny and Mary Honeycutt Driggers. He was a retired truck driver with East Coast Truck Lines and a life-member of the Cheraw Moose Lodge No 2404. Mr. Driggers enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Lee Roy was also preceded in death by his wife Muriel Griggs Driggers; daughter, Cindy Driggers Cox; 2 grandchildren, Timmy Gaskins, and Timmy MacDonald; brother, Bobby Driggers; sisters, Clara Driggers and Betty Lou Hall.

Survivors include his children, Buddy (Barbara) Driggers of Oak Island, NC, Butch (Brenda) Driggers of Cheraw, SC, and Mary Driggers Gaskins of Cheraw, SC; grandchildren, Kelly (David) Gainey of Cheraw, SC, Shelley (Luke) Brown of Simpsonville, SC, David Driggers, Brandy (Gene) Teal both of Chesterfield, SC, Nicole Cox of Cheraw, SC, April Driggers and Ritchie MacDonald; great grandchildren, Melody, Wes, Mila, Xander, Emily, Christen, Blake, Mason, Cameron, Joshua, Rebecka, and Bryon.
