Lorrie Rena Stoops

Miss Lorrie Rena Stoops, age 51, entered into rest on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at her home. The family will hold a private celebration of life service at a later date.

Miss Stoops was born May 18, 1970 in Columbia, Missouri a daughter of Brenda Lee Clark. Lorrie will be remembered as a loving mother who loved flowers, plants, and SpongeBob. She was a fighter who never gave up, even when life got tough. Lorrie loved her children and grandchildren tremendously.

Miss Stoops was preceded in death by her children, Dylan Stoops and Marie Buckner.

Survivors include her children, Christopher (Emalee Joice) of Sparta, Missouri, Annette Buckner of Jefferson, SC, and Abbie Buckner of Ver Sailles, Missouri; grandchildren, Everly Stoops, Wilder Stoops, Jamison Joice, Salena Buckner, LaVonta Buckner, Suzette Buckner, Derek Whan, and Deane Whan; mother, Brenda L. Clark of Joplin, Missouri; siblings, Brendan, Carrie, and Jenny all of Missouri; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home 318 E. Main St. Chesterfield, SC 29709 to assist the family.
