Mrs. Mamie Lou Bryant entered into rest on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
Born to the late Watsie and Bertha Kneece, she was a graduate of Leavelle McCampbell High School and was a member of Earle Church of God. She was a Pastor’s wife since 1965 and enjoyed sending cards for every occasion to family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking meals and delivering them to those she cared for. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Jeremy Bryant.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Bishop W.H. Bryant; children, Shirley (Wayne) Hodge, Virginia (David) Christmas, Wayne (Tonya) Bryant; grandchildren, Michael (Jessica) Hodge, Denise Malloy, Bradley (Alice) Bryant, Brandon (Kaylyn) Bryant, Jason (Amanda) Christmas, Jennifer Christmas; 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
A Funeral Service, celebrating her life, will be held at the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home Monday, December 12, 2022, at 11 A.M. with Bishop Bruce C. Fox and Bishop Ronald Lee to officiate. The burial will follow immediately at Vaucluse Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Bryant, Brandon Bryant, Jason Christmas, Michael Hodge, Gabriel Malloy, and William Doolittle.
