Margaret Faye Melton Wallace

Mrs. Margaret Faye Melton Wallace, age 77, entered into rest on Monday, April 17, 2023 at her home. Per the wishes of Mrs. Wallace, there will be no formal services.

Mrs. Wallace was born January 31, 1946 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Calvin B and Mary Allen Melton. Margaret was the owner and operator of the Value Pak in Cheraw. She was also a member of Westside Baptist Church. Mrs. Wallace enjoyed putting together and collecting jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and working with flowers. More than anything, Mrs. Margaret will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wallace was also preceded in death by her brother, Calvin Lee Melton.

Survivors include her husband of almost 61 years, Thomas H. Wallace, Sr. of the home; children, Lisa (Andy Lisenby) Wallace of Florence, SC, Thomas H. (Lynn Smith) Wallace, Jr. of Cheraw, SC, Jacob Andrew (Josephine) Wallace of Cheraw, SC, Jeremy Alan (Daphne Griggs) Wallace of Cheraw, SC; grandchildren, Cheyenne (Rob) Johnson, Miranda Wallace, Darian Wallace, Michelle (Matt) Jordan, Hunter Wallace, Alan Wallace, Madeline Wallace; great-grandchildren, Thomas H. Jordan, Blair Jordan; sister, Linda (Larry) Parker of Aiken, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
