Margaret “Peggy” Czaja

Jefferson, SC 

     Mrs. Margaret Ann “Peggy” Czaja, age 73, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. The family will host a private celebration of life at a later date.

     Mrs. Czaja was born January 28, 1951 in Virginia a daughter of the late Ralph and Florence Lindquist Johnson. Peggy was formerly a resident of Indian Trail, North Carolina before moving to South Carolina. She enjoyed making crafts and she was a passionate bingo player. 

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Czaja was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Wilfried Czaja. 

     Survivors include her children, Jennifer Rehberg (Monty) Keistler of Jefferson, SC, Richard Czaja of Jefferson, SC, Barbara (Martin) Negron of Round Rock, TX; grandchildren, Erika (Ryan), Brandon, Tyler, Danielle, Elizabeth, Michael, Martin; sister, Linda Johnson; and her beloved feline companion, Miracle. 

     The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to Mrs. Czaja’s nurse, Sam, of Via Health Hospice for her exceptional care and compassion.
