Miss Margaret B. Price, age 84, died Friday, August 12, 2016. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tim Williams, Rev. Pete Gregory, and Rev. Curtis Laney. Burial will follow in the Long Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3:00 PM Sunday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Miss Price was born June 15, 1932 in Jefferson, SC a daughter of the late Wade Hampton and Quincey Melton Price. She was a retired employee of Dawson of Wadesboro. Miss Price enjoyed watching TV, reading her cookbooks, and cooking for her family. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Edith Mae Rollins, and Louise Rollins; brothers, Wade “Speck”, Dan, Ed, Roy, Earl, Bruce and Willis Price.

Survivors include her daughter, JoAnn P. Lynn and husband Mitchell of Jefferson, SC; brother, Bobby H. “Bud” Price of Jefferson, SC; 2 grandchildren, Teresa Lynn Adams of Jefferson, SC and Mitch Lynn, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; her great grandson, Ridge Adams of Jefferson, SC; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special 4-legged friends, “Tiny” and “Chloe”
