Mr. Martin H. Hancock, Jr., loving husband & father, passed away on Saturday evening, August 7, 2021. The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at a later date. Due to the continued concerns associated with Covid, the family respectfully requests no visitors at the home during this time.

Mr. Hancock was born November 10, 1959 in Charleston, SC a son of the late Martin Henry Hancock, Sr. and Alice Watson Stephens. Martin was a man who always enjoyed working with his hands, learning new skills, and eventually opening his own heating & air electrical repair service. He, along with his wife, was the co-owner of Handyman Cooling providing handyman services to much of the local area. He was always looking out for his customers, offering help in anyway he could. In his free time, Martin enjoyed using his skills building any and everything, and riding his motorcycle.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hancock was also preceded in death by 1 brother.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Lisa Jost Hancock of the home; 4 children including step-son, Joshua Jost; 3 sisters, 1 brother, and a host of friends.
