Mrs. Mary Evans “Tippy” Campbell, age 77, entered into rest on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at her home. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Evans-Spencer-Robeson Cemetery by Phillip Caulder Jr. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Campbell was born September 15, 1939 in Goldsboro, NC, a daughter of the late Warren Trippett Evans and Lillian Estelle Rochester Evans. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed woodcrafts and working in her garden and yard.
In addition to her parents Tippy was also preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Mr. Ed Campbell, and grandson David Watson.

Survivors include; 3 Daughters; Sandy Watson, Linda Diggs, and Brenda (Billy) Gilmore all of Chesterfield, SC; Grandchildren; Mitch Watson of Chesterfield, SC, Daniel (Misty) Watson of Summerville, SC, Eddie (Lisa) Gilmore, Melissa (Jay) Sellers, Amanda Martin, and Kevin Diggs all of Chesterfield SC; Great Grandchildren; Taylor, Kaitlin, Tinsley, Bianca, Bella, Jax, Kristen, Brittany, Richard, Chasity, Brandon, Amy, Austin, and Cassie; 2 Brothers; Warren J. “Jubby” Evans of Wadesboro NC and Tracy W. (Bobbie) Evans of Cocoa Beach, FL; 1 Sister; Janice (Lee) Willetts of West Columbia, SC; Also numerous nieces and nephews.
