VISITATION: will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, Chesterfield, SC

HISTORY: Mrs. McLeod was born September 7, 1936 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Clyde William Ballard and Carolina "Carrie" Virginia Trotti Ballard. She was a 1954 graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a graduate of Coker College. Eleanor was a retired clerk with the U.S. Postal Service. She was a member of McBee United Methodist Church. Eleanor enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and playing bridge. In addition to her parents, Eleanor was also preceded in death by her husband Joe McLeod; and by four sisters, Ruth Hanna Ballard, Dottie Oliver Sellers, Vivian Bryant, and Margaret Eddins.

2 Sons: Joe (Tonda) McLeod, Jr. and David Clyde (Jamie) McLeod both of McBee, SC
2 Grandchildren: Joe McLeod, III and Hanna McLeod
