HISTORY: Mrs. Tipton was born December 11, 1943 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late Charlie and Rodie Lyons Childers. She was a retired secretary with Galey & Lord, and was a faithful member of Windsor Park Free Will Church. Anne enjoyed singing, going to church, and spending time with her family. She was a proud grandmother and loved her grandson Cameron very much. Anne was also an avid Elvis fan.
