FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Chesterfield, SC
VISITATION: 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, prior to the service in the Church Fellowship Hall.
INTERMENT: to follow in the Chesterfield Cemetery
HISTORY: Mrs. Watson was born November 30, 1913 in Mullins, SC, to the late William L. Adden, Sr. and Mary Rushing Adden. Mary was a long time resident of Chesterfield until failing health necessitated moving to Edgefield to be near her sons. In recent years she was a resident of Trinity Mission Health and Rehab in Edgefield, SC. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Chesterfield, SC, a member of the Eastern Star, a retired cashier with Belk's Department Store, and a retired secretary for Chesterfield High School. In addition to her parents, Gussie was also preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Howell N. Watson, Sr. and by two sisters, Sara Elizabeth Tumblin and Henrietta Charles.

2 Sons: Howell N. (Mary Faith) Watson, Jr. and William A. (Mary Lynn) Watson both of Edgefield, SC
Brother: William L. Adden, Jr. of Chesterfield, SC
4 Grandchildren: Mary Watson Parsons, Howell N. (Jill) Watson, III, Amanda Watson (Jon) Wright, and Natalie Watson
Also 4 Great Grandchildren and Numerous Nieces
