HISTORY: Mrs. Wilkes was born July 29, 1934 in Patrick, SC a daughter of the late Monroe Robert and Mary Anna Bowen Gleich. She was a retire textile supervisor. Liz was a member of Patrick Baptist Church and attended Bethesda United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the WOW Lodge 516. She enjoyed cooking, working in the garden, visits from her family and friends, and talking on the telephone. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wilkes.

1 Sister: Miriam G. (Rev. Grady) Baskins of Hartsville, SC
