Mrs. Mary Hodge Campbell, age 81, entered into rest on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Calvary Baptist Church by Rev. Tim Williams and Rev. Randy Gulledge with the interment service to follow in the church cemetery by Rev. Rodney Nicholson. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mrs. Campbell was born April 29, 1937 in Ruby, SC a daughter of the late Jason and Leila Brock Hodge. She was a former employee of Springs Industries and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Mary will always be remembered as a dedicated Christian lady who enjoyed reading God’s word and singing. Her favorite song to sing was, “Jesus Loves Me.”

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Campbell was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Campbell; daughter, Polly Nicholson; sisters, Leona Hodge, Rita Hodge Mills, and Geneva Hodge; brother, Floyd Hodge; brother-in-law, Luther Jordan.

Survivors include her daughters, Margaret (Rev. Randy) Gulledge of Hartsville, SC; Tonie (Robert) Jones of Jefferson, SC; grandchildren, Daryl Clinton (Rachel) Gulledge, Hannah Elizabeth Gulledge both of Hartsville, SC, Caleb Dustin (Kayla) Jones of Fort Meade, MD, Matthew Nicholson of Belmont, NC and Megan Nicholson of Pageland, SC; great grandchildren, Jaden Riley and James Gulledge; son-in-law, Rev. Rodney Nicholson of Pageland, SC; brothers, Jr. Hodge, Jerry (Gloria) Hodge, and Billy (Debbie) Hodge all of Ruby, SC; sisters, Daisey Jordan of Patrick, SC, Bonnie (Jimmy) Wallace of Ruby, SC, and Cathy Jordan of Pageland, SC; also numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staffs of Hospice Care of South Carolina and Morrell Nursing Center for the love and care shown to Mrs. Campbell and her family.
