DECEASED: Mr. Michael D. "Mike" Cook, age 49, died Thursday, August 28, 2015 at his home

FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 PM Sunday, August 30, 2015 at First Freewill Baptist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park

VISITATION: 6:00 – 8:00 PM Saturday, August 29, 2015 at First Freewill Baptist Church, 209 S. Pine Street, Pageland, SC

HISTORY: Mr. Cook was born October 5, 1965 in Monroe, NC a son of Levonne Manus Cook and the late Hiram "Tony" Cook. He worked with Duco Incorporated as a maintenance supervisor, and attended First Freewill Baptist Church. Mike enjoyed singing and playing his guitar. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by 1 sister, Angela Howie.

Wife: Janice West Cook of the home
Children: Wesley Cook of Iowa, and Tina (Paul) Black of Ruby, SC
Grandchild: Blair Black
Mother: Bonnie Cook of Lancaster, SC
Brother: Eric Cook of Pageland, SC
Sister: Terrie (Ronnie) Bigham of Lancaster, SC
Also: Numerous nieces and nephews
