Michael Robinson

Mr. Michael Anthony “Mike” Robinson, age 50, entered into rest on Sunday, October 23, 2016. A Celebration of Life Service will be 5:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Robinson was born December 1, 1965 in Bennettsville, SC a son of Ruth Burr Robinson and the late Everett Robinson, Jr. He attended Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, and was a former employee of C.F.T., Bi-Lo, and Food Lion. Mike loved his family and was a true people person. He never met a stranger and was a beloved employee, neighbor, and friend. His hobbies included fishing, and he was known for his ability to clean and detail cars.

He is survived by his loving mother, Ruth B. Robinson of Cheraw, SC; 3 sisters, Geraldine (Michael) White of Cheraw, SC, Janice Dawkins of Rockingham, NC, and Linda Gail (Curtis) Tyner of Hartsville, SC; also numerous nieces and nephews.

The family cordially requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, 318 E. Main Street, Chesterfield, SC 29709 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
