Nathaniel “Nathan” Polson of Ruby, SC, entered into rest on October 18, 2021 at Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, SC. He was born September 11, 2001 at McLeod Cheraw between the times the Twin Towers fell. He had just celebrated his 20th birthday. He was an employee of Conbraco in Pageland, SC and Carolina Restaurant in Chesterfield, SC. Nathan enjoyed cooking, eating, fishing, playing video games, and loved spending time with his nephew Wesson.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, October 22, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald L Polson; paternal grandparents, Doris Hudson and Melvin Eugene Polson Sr.; maternal grandparents, James (Joann) Hyatt; uncle, Melvin Eugene Polson Jr. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Barbara and Eddie Oliver of North Myrtle Beach; sister, Victoria (Adam) Ward of Lamar, SC; brother, Tad (Jennifer) Polson of Cheraw, SC; step-brother D.J. (Amber) Oliver of Bethune, SC; step-sisters Maggie (Mike) Lashare of Moundsville, WV and Kristi (Norris) Miller of Jefferson, SC. He leaves behind 13 nieces and nephews, having a close relationship with Dakota Polson and Wesson Ward.
Anyone that knew Nathan knew how big his heart was. He would do anything he could to help others. We will miss him every single day.
