Nettie Beverly

Ms. Nettie M. Beverly, age 78, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 22, 2017 at Fork Creek United Methodist Church by Pastor Bart Sistare, III and Rev. Carl Ritter with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.

Ms. Beverly was born August 7, 1939 in Jefferson, SC a daughter of the late Rufus Leonard and Winnie Elizabeth Rollings Miles. She was a former employee of Caro-Knit and the Pageland Food Plaza. Ms. Beverly was a member of Fork Creek United Methodist Church. A lady who never met a stranger, Nettie enjoyed reading, listening to music, and visiting with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Nettie was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Leonard Miles.

Survivors include her daughters, Tracy (Bryan) Starnes of Jefferson, SC, Wendy Beverly (Mary Boykin) of Lewiston, PA, and Kelly (Chad) Phillips of Anderson, SC; granddaughter, Kasey (Rickie Donahue) Beverly of Mt. Croghan, SC; 3 great grandchildren, Justin, Bella, and Zoey; sister-in-law, Martha S. Miles of Jefferson, SC; 2 nieces, Kathy Gregory and Sherry Johnson both of Jefferson, SC; great nephew, Daniel Gregory of Jefferson, SC.
