HISTORY: Master Sullivan was born at 10:48 p.m. August 1, 2014 in Columbia, SC and was received into Heaven at 11:49 p.m. August 1, 2014. He was the son of Zachary Talor and Kaci Lynn Neal Sullivan. Although his time on earth was brief, Noah was loved and treasured by his family and touched many lives.
