HISTORY:
Mr. Owens was born April 26, 1941 in Darlington, SC a son of Oscar Owens and the late Lillie Mae Windham Owens. He was a retired pipe fitter with C & C Boilers. Mr. Owens was a member of Ruby Church of God. Bud was an avid hunter.
