Paul E. Miles

Mr. Paul Edward Miles, age 74, entered into rest on Monday, April 9, 2018. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Thursday, April 12, 2018 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Doug Taylor with burial to follow in the Long Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Jefferson, SC. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Miles was born July 20, 1943 in Jefferson, SC a son of the late Baxter Roy and Verdie Brown Miles. He was a retired Lab Technician with Cheraw Dyeing and Finishing. An avid outdoorsman, Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He enjoyed working on antique cars and tractors and traveling to the beach.

In addition to his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn M. Melton and Louise M. Helms; brothers, Aaron J. Miles, William Lucas Miles, and Larry Wayne Miles.

Survivors include his sister, Gladys M. (Glen) Oliver of Chesterfield, SC; several nieces and nephews; and caregiver, Elaine Johnson.
