Rae Ann Moore Hancock

Mrs. Rae Ann Moore Hancock, age 59, entered into rest on Thursday, February 15, 2018. Funeral Services will be 4:00 PM Sunday, February 18, 2018 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Donald Deal with burial to follow in the Ruby Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hancock was born June 1, 1958 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of Willie Price Moore and the late Ray Edward Moore. She was a long-time employee of Culp Weaving, and following that, she worked with the Pageland Care Facility. She enjoyed attending Ruby Church of God and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Hancock also enjoyed reading and watching Netflix. She will be fondly remembered by her family for her willingness to help others and always putting their needs ahead of her own.

In addition to her father, Rae Ann was also preceded in death by 1 sister, Shirley Moore Deese.

Survivors include her children, Charles (Leslie) Hancock, Rebecca Hancock, Tayah Hancock, and Elijah Hancock all of Pageland, SC; mother, Willie P. Moore of Pageland, SC; grandchildren, Breawna Hancock, Jalen Hancock, Ava Blakeney, Brett Hancock, and Trey Hancock; siblings, Penny Lindsey of Pageland, SC, Billy Ray Moore, and Diane (Ricky) Melton both of Ruby, SC; also numerous nieces and nephews.
