Mr. Randy L. Dixon, age 62, entered into rest on Saturday evening, December 25, 2021. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Palmetto Baptist Church by Pastor Drake Horton with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM Tuesday prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Dixon was born July 2, 1959 in Hartsville, SC a son of the late Jessie “Dick” Dixon and Gloria Gabrielle Yarborough Dixon. He was a carpenter and enjoyed attending Palmetto Baptist Church. An avid outdoorsman, Randy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Dixon was also preceded in death by his long-time companion, Paula Leigh Money Sipe; and sister-in-law, Penny C. Dixon.

Survivors include his sons, Tate (Elisabeth) Dixon of Ruby, SC, and Matt Dixon of Hartsville, SC; grandchildren, Hunter, Gus, and Brock Dixon; brothers, Gene (Katie) Dixon of Jefferson, SC, and Cotton Dixon of Chesterfield, SC; sister, Missy Shaw of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; nieces & nephews, Jessie Dixon, Brittany Dixon, Richie (Kimberly) Dixon, and Cam Shaw; great niece, Cordelia Lou Dixon; special neighbor and loving caregiver, Ida Mae Money.
