HISTORY: Mr. Howard was born September 30, 1936 in Pageland, SC a son of the late Herman and Wincie McRae Howard. He was a retired electrician. Ray enjoyed auctions, fishing, and riding in his truck. In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Pearline P. Howard, and his sister, Emma Jean Owens.

13 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren
