HISTORY: Mr. Hill was born January 20, 1965 in Chesterfield, SC a son of Martha Louise Talbert Hill and the late James Evans Hill. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 1983, and was a supervisor with the Schaeffler Group USA INA in Cheraw, SC. Richard attended Lower Macedonia Baptist Church and was a member of Chesterfield Masonic Lodge # 220. Richard was a talented machinist. He enjoyed motorcycles, playing the guitar, guns, and cooking.

2 Sons: Garrett Hayden Hill and Grant Holden Hill of the home
Mother: Louise Talbert Hill of Patrick, SC
3 Brothers: Jerry Hill of Summerville, SC, Wendell (Frankie) Hill of Chesterfield, SC and Dale (Dawn) Hill of Cocoa, FL
Godparents: Faye and Bradley Eddins of Chesterfield, SC
