Richard "Rick" David Tucker

Chesterfield, SC

 Mr. Richard “Rick” David Tucker, age 57, entered into rest on Monday, March 3, 2025. A graveside service will be 3:00 PM Friday, March 7, 2025 at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Pastor Robbie Taylor. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery and other times at the home of his sister, Vicki Brantley. 

 Mr. Tucker was born February 2, 1968 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Barks Dale Tucker, Jr. and Barbara Curtis Tucker. He was a former employee of INA Bearing and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. An avid sports enthusiast, Rick enjoyed racing, collecting baseball cards and model race cars. His love for animals was evident, particularly in his affection for his dog, Gracie.

 In addition to his parents, Mr. Tucker was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Edward Dean Brantley.

 Survivors include his sister, Vicki Tucker Brantley of Chesterfield, SC; niece, Dr. Kinsey G. Brantley of Chesterfield, SC; and extended family of numerous aunts and cousins. 

 Memorials may be made to an Animal Shelter or Humane Society of one’s choice.
