Mr. Robert Alan Jeffcoat, age 56, entered into rest on Friday, June 23, 2017. A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 27, 2017 by Phillip Caulder, Jr. Mr. Jeffcoat will be laid to the rest at the Family Farm which he loved so much, 741 Wamble Hill Road, Chesterfield, SC. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, July 1, 2017 at East Cooper Baptist Church, 361 Egypt Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC by Pastor Buster Brown.

Mr. Jeffcoat was born April 4, 1961 in Columbia, SC a son of the late Vance O’Neal Jeffcoat and Carolyn Shumpert Jeffcoat. He was the owner and operator of Bullbay Woodworks and a faithful member of East Cooper Baptist Church where he served as Deacon and former Jr. Kid’s Church Leader. An avid outdoorsman, Alan enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time at the farm. His greatest passion was his family and he enjoyed spending time with his children.

Survivors include his wife, Connie H. Jeffcoat of the home; son, Hurst Alan Jeffcoat of Mt. Pleasant, SC; daughter, Caroline Faith Jeffcoat of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sister, Merri Gay (Paul) Taylor of Leesville, SC; brother, Larry O’Neal (Janet) Jeffcoat of Lexington, SC; mother-in-law, Donna Davis Hurst of Chesterfield, SC.
