Robert Grover "Robin" Langley

Chesterfield, SC

Mr. Robert Grover "Robin" Langley, age 65, entered into rest on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at his home. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 PM Saturday, September 1, 2018 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Bobby Morton. The family will greet friends from 5:00 – 6:00 PM Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Langley was born January 1, 1953 in Laurinburg, NC a son of the late Leroy and Essie Sutton Langley. He was a retired truck driver and attended Southern Grace. Robert enjoyed fishing, watching college football and basketball, and was an avid Nascar fan. His favorite drivers were Dale Earnhardt and Dale, Jr.

In addition to his parents, Robert was also preceded in death by his brother, Isaac Langley; and infant brother, Jerry Langley.

Survivors include his children, Miranda (Rodney Boan) Langley of Chesterfield, SC, and Eric Langley of Bennettsville, SC; and their mother, Doris Langley of Bennettsville, SC; 3 grandchildren, Tabitha Bailey, Bradley Bailey, Caleb Langley; great granddaughter, Alayna Rogers; 2 sisters, Barbara Leviner of Hamlet, NC, and Tonia Huckabee of Cheraw, SC; brother, Reuben (Suzette) Langley of Maxton, NC; also numerous nieces and nephews.
