Robert “Robbie” Raffaldt 59 of Norwood died Saturday evening, January 23, 2021 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Thompson Creek Baptist Church. Rev. Ronnie Grizzle will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery. Robbie will lie in state Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood from 3:00 until 7:00 PM where friends are welcome to pay their respects.

Robbie was born August 12, 1961 in Chesterfield County, SC to the late Fred Robert Raffaldt and Loretta Melton Raffaldt Simms. He was a truck driver and a member of Freedom Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife Pam Cox Raffaldt of the home. One son Zack Raffaldt of the home. His mother Mary Raffaldt of Chesterfield and his step-father, Tommy Simms (Renee) of Middendorff, SC. Three sisters, Cindy Holden of Chesterfield, Robin Loftin of Albemarle and Susan Raffaldt of Mt. Crogan.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters, Freddie Raffaldt, Teresa Heun and Mary Ann Smith.
