Robert "Rob" Wayne Baskins

Mr. Robert “Rob” Wayne Baskins, age 52, entered into rest on Sunday, July 4, 2021. A Celebration of Life service will be 4:00 PM Thursday, July 8, 2021 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Grady Baskins and Rev. Layne Rogerson. Anyone is welcomed to stop by during funeral home office hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and until service time on Thursday to pay their respects.

Mr. Baskins was born July 23, 1968 in Indianapolis, IN a son of Harvey Ray Baskins and the late Patricia Anna Pettry Baskins. He worked alongside his father in construction for many years, and was the owner and operator of Baskins Roofing and Carpentry (formerly Baskins 24-hour maintenance.) An avid outdoorsman, Rob enjoyed fishing and camping. He also enjoyed teaching martial arts in Cheraw for over 7 years and loved his animals.

Survivors include wife of 26 years, Nancy Baskins of the home; daughter, Jami Baskins of Cheraw, SC; father, Harvey Ray Baskins of Cheraw, SC; and sisters, Patricia (Joe) Baskins – Corcia, and Tammy Baskins of Indiana.
