Mr. Roger Dale Allen, age 66, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at his home. He was born March 26, 1950 in Jefferson SC, a son of the late John Roger and Jessie Mungo Allen. Roger was a retired carpenter and a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, watching football, and music. Roger was an avid Hank Williams Jr. fan. In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by a son, Roger Dale Allen Jr.

Survivors include his wife of 19 years Nellie Allen of the home; 5 Children; Julie (Glen) Knight of Myrtle Beach, SC, Amanda Allen of Matthews, NC, Travis (Meagan) Allen of Jefferson, SC, Tonya Martin and Dale (Michelle) Gulledge both of Ruby SC; Also 10 Grandchildren.

At Mr. Allen’s request, no service will be conducted.
