Interment: 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Chesterfield, SC directed by the Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, Chesterfield, SC

Visitation: 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service, Charlotte, NC

Mrs. Gulledge was born July 15, 1924, in Ruby, SC, a daughter of the late James Caswell Brock and Martha Elizabeth Brock. In addition to her parents, Ruby was also preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd S. Gulledge and sons, Lloyd S. Gulledge, Jr. and Ronald L. Gulledge.

Survivors include her daughter, Jeanne G. (Bill) Schmidt of Newton, NC; son Kenneth D. (Sherry) Gulledge of Charlotte, NC; daughter-in-law, Linda P. Gulledge of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Kimberly Murphy, Scott Tolliver, Rhonda and Renee Gulledge, Toby, Matthew, and Mikaela Gulledge, Christen Mills, Jessica Raleigh, Patrick Mills, Robbie and Thomas Schmidt and seven great grandchildren
