HISTORY: Mrs. Mullis was born March 21, 1940 in Union County, NC a daughter of the late Wilson and Florence Simpson Griffin. She was a former employee of Cannon Mills and a member of Douglas Mill Baptist Church. Lynne was an avid Facebook user, and enjoyed sewing and making crafts. In addition to her parents, Lynne was also preceded in death by her husbands, Billy W. Mullis and Danny W. Johnson.

4 Grandchildren: Jessica and Jason Wayne Mullis and Owen Phillip and Abigail Victoria Gulledge
2 Brothers: Darwin (Shirley) Helms of Salisbury, NC and Doug (Pam) Griffin of Goldsboro, NC
1 Sister: Debbie Griffin of Indian Trail, NC
