Sheila June Davidson

Ms. Sheila June Davidson, age 69, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2022, in Charleston, SC.

Ms. Davidson was born September 19, 1952, in Chesterfield County, SC, a daughter of Barbara Smith Davidson and the late J. T.  Davidson. She was a retired employee of Roper Hospital, Charleston, SC, with over 37 years of service.

Her work at Roper Hospital enriched her life with a mission to do good alongside coworkers who became a second family. She enjoyed traveling often to the mountains and her trips to Ohio, Florida, Hawaii, Canada, and Europe provided happy memories.

Sheila was known to be the ultimate creative shopper for friends and family. Her generous gift of her time to her family will always be remembered.

Davidson of Chesterfield, SC; four sisters, Deronda (Sam) Bradford of Charleston, SC, Glenda (Eugene) Gunning of Cincinnati, OH, Janet (Bill) Mintz of Chesterfield, SC, and Amy (Steve) Burch of Wagram, NC; also her nieces and nephews; Read Bradford, Ellis Bradford, John Gunning, Jenny Gunning, Mary Hall, Allison Parker, Morgan Burch, Clay Burch, and Clint Burch. Sheila cherished her great nieces and nephews as her many “rays of sunshine.”
