HISTORY: Ms. Johnson was born March 28, 1943 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late James Lee Davis and Annie Mae Poston Davis. She was a former employee of Cheraw Cotton Mill and INA USA. Shirley loved taking care of all her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Shirley was also preceded in death by her brothers; Jackie Davis, Eddie Davis, and James "Pete" Davis, and by her sister Leona Purvis.

3 Daughters: Betty (Joey) Linton, Robbie (Dale Gainey) Roscoe, and Carol Sue (John Driggers) Jones all of Cheraw, SC
Grandchildren: Teddy Roscoe, Casey Thompson, Danny Jones, Rodney Quick, Allen Haire, and Brandy Roscoe
Great Grandchildren: T. J. Roscoe, Justine Oxendine, Brandon Milligan, Kaylei Thompson, and Kynnedy Quick
