Steven "Steve" Edward Greene

Mr. Steven “Steve” Edward Greene, age 64, entered into rest on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at his home. A time of visitation with his family and sharing of memories will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mr. Greene was born December 27, 1957 in Monroe, NC a son of the late Edward Eulease and Susie Elizabeth Jackson Greene. He was a retired employee of Columbus McKinnon with over 35 years of service. An avid sports fan, Steve was a die-hard Clemson Tiger football fan who also enjoyed drag racing, playing golf, and watching outlaws street fighting. A man with a larger-than-life personality, Steve had an infectious personality who could make anyone laugh and enjoyed cutting up.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Greene was also preceded in death by his brother, Jefferey Dixon; and sister, Gina Blackmon.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Elaine Carnes Greene of the home; daughters, Ashley Elizabeth (Willie Clyburn) Greene of Ruby, SC, and Erica Janice (Al Johnson) Greene of Pageland, SC; grandchildren, Preston Allen, Allie Allen, Emma Allen, Tayle Clyburn, Junior Clyburn, and Laney Johnson; sister, Susan Stacks of Lancaster, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
