Mrs. Teresa Boan Curtis, age 54, entered into rest on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at her home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Jason Pope and Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the Cross Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Patrick, SC. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, October 28, 2019 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mrs. Curtis was born October 18, 1965 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late Billy and Frances McLain Boan. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School, Class of 1983 and a member of Westfield Creek Baptist Church. Teresa loved the Lord, her church, and her family very much. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening, decorating, working in her yards, and an occasional ride on the Harley with her husband.

In addition to her parents, Teresa was also preceded in death by her brother, Billy Boan, Jr.; brother-in-law, Walter Weber; and granddaughter, Alaina Quick.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 27 years, Billy R. Curtis, Jr. of the home; daughter, Brooklyn Curtis Quick of Wallace, SC; grandchildren, Cameron Goins, Caden Quick, and Madilyn Quick; sister, Lesa Weber of Patrick, SC; nieces and nephews, Elesha (Kyle) Frantz of Jasper, GA, Danny Crowley of Columbia, SC, Cody (Kaci) Weber of Cheraw, SC, Maggie (Zach) Quick of Blenheim, SC, and Wesley Weber of Patrick, SC; 3 great nieces and 5 great nephews.
